At C+A, our Business Services Group has evolved beyond traditional bookkeeping. The Business Services Group is divided into two areas: (1) consulting and (2) business services.

Consulting

-QuickBooks-

Our most popular consulting service is QuickBooks training and QuickBooks installation.

The firm is enrolled in the QuickBooks Pro Advisor program and we have a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor on staff (certified in QuickBooks Pro 2008). We offer both on-site training and in-office training for you or your staff. Our staff can install, set up, and teach your staff the basics of QuickBooks. We support both the QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Premier versions of the software.

For higher volume users, we recommend QuickBooks Enterprise Solution. QuickBooks Enterprise Solution is a more robust version of the QuickBooks software that allows for more users, a larger data file, and faster processing speeds. We also install other add-on programs such as Fishbowl Inventory Management Software.

Business Service Operation

We offer a comprehensive Business Service Operation program for the small & medium size businesses. Typically, for less than the price of one full time employee, your organization can enjoy the benefits of a full service accounting department staffed by CPAs without the headaches or overhead.

In the Business Services Operation, “We do it all!” We are more than a bill paying service. We pay all the bills, prepare the payroll, negotiate employee benefits, prepare all state and federal filings, prepare financial statements, prepare cash flow reports and prepare product cost analysis. We invoice your customers, post payments and send out past due notices. The Business Service Operation allows you, the owner, to spend your time at your highest and best use.
