C+A offers a variety of services for the healthcare industry.

Home Health Industry
As detailed under the Business Services tab, we offer the Home Healthcare Industry a complete accounting and financial solution.

By paying bills, preparing payroll, filing payroll reports, and preparing financial statements, we allow the busy Home Healthcare executive freedom to be in the field. At the end of each month, we review your business with you in a financial conference.

We prepare the annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports. We do not offer billing services. We do, however, offer reconciliation programs that will greatly assist in minimizing lost billings.

Physicians
Physicians offer a unique challenge for the accounting field. Unlike most industries where the manager oversees the production, marketing, and management of the company, the physician is actually the producer. He surrounds himself with a supporting cast to do the administrative work and relies on them to perform their functions.

We use our Business Services Operation model to provide a complete financial services package to the physician. Because of the variety of ways in which physicians practice, we have learned that we must customize our basic model to fit each doctors’ unique requirements.

Using a customized Business Services Operation model from C+A in conjunction with services offered by our Wealth Management Team will offer the physician an opportunity to manage the financial part of the practice in an efficient, cost effective manner while also minimizing taxes.
